i agree about the casting. It is a bit to holly wood for me. Both main characters, Stark and Rhodes were poorly casted in my opinion. For Stark they should have casted Ed Quinn from the Sci Fi channel show, Eureka. He plays a character that is a direct copy of Tony Stark(his character on the show even has the same last name). And as for Rhodes, i think they should have casted ..... wait for it ..... Michael Jai White. Yeah you heard me, he may not be the most diverse actor, but he is definitely perfect for this role. He has the body and the acting style.
Well that is my 2 cents, i hope the movie is good.
For a moment there, I thought I read Jaleel White (who played Urkel on "Family Matters") instead of Michael Jai White and I cried inside. (I cried anyhow for mistaking the two.) I guess we won't know for sure until the movie comes out, but it couldn't possibly be worse than Katie Holmes in "Batman Begins" or Kate Bosworth in "Superman". Then again, Gwenneth Paltrow's in it...*cry*
