According to MMOFAN:
募集人数は、999名。募集期間は、8月28日から9月6日まで。テスト期間は、9月13日から9月17日の毎日14時から22時までとなっている。
They will be looking for 999 testers starting 8/28/07 to9/6/07. The test duration will run from 9/13/07 to 9/17/07 with play times at 14:00 to 22:00 Korea time.

As of now, Huxley is looking at a Q1 2008 release.
